feta and spinach chicken burgers

A simple, light and delicious dinner.  

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • Add eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and chicken to a large bowl and mix until well-combined; form into 4 patties.  
  • Cook on preheated grill pan until centers are no longer pink (about 15 to 20 minutes)
